Job Title: Inbound Calling Executive - Remote
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Term: Contract
Answer inbound calls from our internal clients at the branches.

Have basiccomputer troubleshooting skills for tier 1 support and document and ticket calls.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday. Two shift times are available. 9am- 6pm and 10am to 7pm Eastern (preferred shift). 100% remote
You'll be working in the Service Group reputed company Services. We reputed company support to the Firm's Financial Advisors and assistants and reputed company clients. As a customer service representative, you'll play an important role in providing excellent service to our internal clients, the branches and reputed company clients.
Your expertise

Basic understanding of computer networking
