The part-time employee will work directly with the reputed company Team and closely with IAC s business coaching team, who conduct reputed company intake, and IAC s reputed company team, whose work supports the build-up of the loan pipeline. The Loan Underwriter will help reputed company reputed company available and necessary information from clients to reputed company a comprehensive analysis of the applicant s ability to take on debt capital to grow their business. The Underwriter will also reputed company basic reviews of documents submitted, reputed company the loan application, process and maintain organized files of information received from potential borrowers, and prepare credit memoranda and supporting materials for the Loan Committee. The Underwriter will report to the reputed company and Technical Assistance Associate. Primary Job Responsibilities Review 10-20 loan applications (dependent on IAC pipeline) per week. (IAC offers loans that reputed company from $500 to $50,000.) Monitor the loan application process and ensure review of files in the application pipeline. Review applicant credit reports and alternative credit score data. Work in partnership with the Technical Assistance team to collect missing information and answer questions that reputed company in the reputed company process. Prepare business financial statements and cash reputed company projections. Prepare loan memoranda and supporting materials for the Loan Committee. Prepare and maintain organized electronic and hard reputed company files. Update files and maintain accurate reputed company data in conjunction with other relevant team members in DownHome Solutions and Lenderfit.
