The US Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including the preparation of financial statements, maintaining the general ledger, and reconciling accounts. The role involves ensuring compliance with US GAAP, conducting detailed financial analysis, and generating financial reports.What Youll DoManage daily accounting operations & full-cycle bookkeepingPrepare accurate financial statements and working papersOversee month-end/quarter-end closingSupport audits and maintain AP/AREnsure compliance with US GAAPPerform reconciliations, payroll entries & reportingWhat You Should Have4 years of accounting experience (US client experience a plus)Bachelors/Masters in Accounting or FinanceKnowledge of Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, or SageStrong understanding of US GAAP and accrual accountingExperience in reconciliations, payroll & reportingCompetitive package: 6 LPA 7.5 LPALocation - Kolkata, Salt Lake Sector 5 (Onsite)Shift - UKWork Schedule - Monday to FridayImmediate joiner (maximum 30 days) .
