We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US Tax Accountant to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for CA Freshers or CA Inter candidates who are interested in building a career in US Accounting and Taxation. The candidate will support tax compliance, accounting operations, financial reporting, and bookkeeping activities while working closely with senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger records.
- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Handle bookkeeping activities using accounting software such as QuickBooks or NetSuite.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Support budgeting, reporting, and financial data analysis activities.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial and accounting requirements.
Required Qualifications
- CA Fresher / CA Inter / Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation concepts.
- Interest in US Accounting
- Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and deadline-driven workplace. .
