Position: Accounts Executive US AccountingLocation: Remote (Work from Home)Preferred Candidates: Ahmedabad basedShift: Night Shift (PST Time Zone)Employment Type: Full-TimeJoining: ImmediateAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our Accounts Head based in the USA. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable and working knowledge of US accounting practices. Experience with QuickBooks and excellent English communication skills are essential.Key Responsibilities Assist the US Accounts Head with day-to-day bookkeeping activities. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately. Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment records. Maintain vendor and customer accounts. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Ensure timely payment follow-ups and collections. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Coordinate with the US team during PST business hours.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 25 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting (US accounting experience preferred). Good understanding of US invoicing procedures and basic US taxation concepts. Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online/Desktop). Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with US-based clients or companies. Familiarity with accounting best practices and financial reporting. Ability to work effectively during PST (Night Shift) hours.Job Details Night Shift (PST Time Zone) Remote / Work from Home Ahmedabad-based candidates will be given preference.
