Verify patient insurance coverage for transportation services Coordinate with in-network transportation providers to arrange patient rides Manage complex booking scenarios requiring problem-solving and alternative solutions Ensure all possible options are exhausted to secure transport for patients Communicate effectively with medical insurance providers, patients, and internal teams Maintain accurate records of bookings, verifications, and communications Take ownership of cases from initiation through to successful resolution Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in insurance verification and authorization, EMS operations, dispatch coordination, or medical transportation Strong understanding of US healthcare or insurance-related workflows and healthcare transportation Exceptional English communication skills Proven ability to think critically and resolve complex coordination challenges Strong organizational and time management skills Client-service mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks If you are not contacted within 14 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
