Job location: Bangalore (Hybrid- should be ready to work in Bangalore post 3 months) We are seeking a passionate US IT Recruiter who excels in talent sourcing and enjoys the challenge of closing the right candidate for the right role. This position is ideal for someone who can transform a job requirement into a compelling hiring narrative, build pipelines from scratch, and confidently collaborate with both direct clients and Tier 1 vendors. Qualifications include: - 26 years of experience in US IT recruitment. - Strong hands-on expertise in sourcing concepts and strategies. - Proven experience working on direct client and Tier 1 requirements. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - A positive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently. - A high ownership mindset proactive in making things happen. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously. Comfortable working on US shift timings .
