Job Summary
Qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in mortgage processing, pre-underwriting, or underwriting support.
- Strong knowledge of US mortgage products, including FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loans.
- Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and compliance standards (RESPA, TILA, TRID).
- Proficiency with Loan Origination Systems (e.g., Encompass).
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation: 200,000.00 - 600,000.00 per year
