That means a processor here sees a genuinely broad book of Non-QM work foreign national files with international documentation on one side, domestic DSCR investor files on the other rather than the same file over and over. We are tech-forward by design. Our loan processing runs on ClearPath, our own internal processing platform, alongside an AI lender-matching engine and a modern communications stack. You'll spend your time on judgment and borrower outcomes, not on chasing spreadsheets. We're expanding mortgage operations and hiring an experienced Non-QM Loan Processor to work U.S. Eastern hours. Role Overview As a Mortgage Loan Processor Non-QM, you'll own loan files end-to-end from initial disclosure through clear-to-close, across both the HomeAbroad (foreign national) and Ziffy (domestic investor) books of business. You'll work directly with U.S.-based loan officers, underwriters, borrowers, and third-party vendors. The role is 100% remote, requires hands-on DSCR experience, and demands excellent English communication you will be borrower-facing. Key Responsibilities - Process Non-QM mortgage loan files end-to-end across both brands - Review and analyze loan applications, credit reports, income, asset, and property documents including international documentation on foreign national files - Prepare and submit complete, clean loan packages to underwriting - Order and track third-party services (appraisal, title, insurance, entity docs, etc.) - Clear underwriting conditions quickly and accurately - Keep pipeline status current in ClearPath and hit closing timelines - Communicate clearly with loan officers, borrowers, and internal teams across email, CRM, and LOS - Ensure compliance with lender and regulatory guidelines - Maintain accurate loan documentation and disclosures Required Experience & SkillsMust-Have - 2+ years of U.S. mortgage loan processing experience - Hands-on Non-QM experience DSCR required - Experience working with U.S.-based mortgage brokerages or lenders - Strong grasp of DSCR guidelines, rent schedules, appraisals, and credit analysis - Excellent written and spoken English - Able to work U.S. Eastern hours (overlap with U.S. business hours is mandatory) Technical - Loan Origination Systems (Encompass or similar) - Strong Excel (calculations, trackers, data review) - Adobe Acrobat (PDF review, bookmarking, file management) - CRM and document management systems Nice-to-Have - Foreign national loan experience - Investor / rental-property borrower experience (LLC vesting, entity docs, short-term rental income) - Exposure to multiple Non-QM lenders - Prior experience on a remote U.S. operations team - Understanding of broker-to-lender workflows - Comfort adopting recent internal tools quickly we ship product often Work Details - Location: Remote - Hours: U.S. Eastern Time (EST) - Type: Full-time - Growth: Clear path to Senior Processor / Team Lead as the desk scales Why Join Us - Two brands, one desk.
