About Us
Mana Home Loans LLC is a US residential mortgage brokerage and non-delegated correspondent lender headquartered in Frisco, Texas (NMLS #2701164), licensed in Texas and Ohio. Our Hyderabad branch office in Manikonda supports our US loan operations. This is a night-shift role aligned to US Central Time business hours.
What You'll Do
- Set up new loan files in our loan origination systems and ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Review borrower documentation income (W-2s, paystubs, tax returns), assets, and credit and prepare income calculation worksheets
- Order and track third-party services: title, appraisal, verifications of employment, and homeowner's insurance
- Track underwriting conditions and work with our US team and wholesale lender portals to explicit them
- Prepare and track disclosure packages and monitor e-signature status
- Keep the loan pipeline updated: status changes, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene
- Coordinate daily with US-based loan officers and processors during US business hours
What You'll Bring
- 24 years of hands-on US residential mortgage operations experience (loan setup, processing, underwriting support, or closing support) at a lender, brokerage, or mortgage BPO/KPO
- Working knowledge of US mortgage documents: URLA/1003, Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure, income and asset docs
- Familiarity with the US loan lifecycle and TRID timelines
- Experience with LOS platforms; UWM EASE portal experience is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English
- High attention to detail and comfort working a fixed night shift (US Central hours)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
