Role & responsibilities
- Knowledge about 4Cs (Credit, Capital, Capacity, and Collateral)
- Graduates (with degree certificates)
- Minimum 2 years of experience is mandatory
- Comfortable to Work from Home
- Comfortable with US Rotational Night Shifts
- Immediate Joiner
- Experience in Encompass Tool
- Knowledge about DSCR and Bank Statement income files is an added advantage
- Hands-on experience with Credit analysis, Income Verification, and Calculation.
- Knowledge about Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Freddie Mac (FHLMC) Guidelines
- Knowledge about Conventional / FHA / VA loans
- DTI/LTV Ratio Calculations to assess risk
Preferred candidate profile
- Must have a minimum of 2 Years Experience in Live Underwriting.
- Immediate or Short Notice Period Candidate Preferred
- Willingness to work Night shifts & work from the office
