01Key Responsibilities
Develop and update training materials on US mortgage underwriting practices and regulations.
Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for new hires and existing underwriters.
Customize training content based on business needs and regulatory updates.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA underwriting guidelines.
Stay updated with US mortgage regulatory changes and industry trends.
Collaborate with underwriting teams, QA, and HR to identify training gaps.
Maintain training documentation and submit performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in US mortgage underwriting.
At least 2 years in a training, mentoring, or coaching role.
Strong knowledge of US mortgage regulations and underwriting standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in LMS and virtual training tools.
Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented. .
