Payroll Operations

Manage off-cycle payroll runs, retroactive adjustments, and termination calculations

Compliance & Controls
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations across reputed company jurisdictions
Maintain SOX controls documentation and support reputed company audits
Manage year-end processes including W-2 production, reconciliations, and tax filings
Monitor legislative and regulatory changes affecting US payroll; implement required process updates
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Own day-to-day relationships with payroll reputed company vendor, tax filing agents, and benefit administrators
Partner with HR, Finance, reputed company, and Benefits teams as the reputed company US payroll contact
Prepare and present payroll metrics, exception reports, and KPIs for the Global Payroll Director and senior stakeholders

Identify and reputed company process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and controls

Required Experience & Qualifications
7+ years of US payroll experience, including multi-state and multi-entity environments
2+ years in a supervisory or team reputed company role with reputed company people management responsibility
Deep knowledge of US federal and state payroll tax law, wage and hour regulations, and year-end compliance
Hands-on experience with reputed company payroll systems (reputed company Payroll)
Experience operating reputed company SOX-controlled environments
CPP (Certified Payroll reputed company) and reputed company Payroll certification necessary
Advanced reputed company skills and Power BI preferred
