Job Description
7-10Yr US Property Accounting Experience - ideally commercial at least 5+ years as a manager/reviewer of detailed property level financials and support
Review or preparer of CAM recs
Experience writing and reviewing budget to actual variance analysis
Experience following client capex policies, reviewing invoices to ensure compliance (expense vs. capex, leasing related capex)
Experience following client bad debt policies and reviewing the AR and financials to ensure compliance
Experience preparing and reviewing balance sheet support schedules (workpapers)
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Strong organization skills
Strong analytical skills
Manager experience - training and developing new accountants
Experience creating training materials
Experience with Process improvement (ideas, design, implementation)
Yardi and MRI experience preferred
Accounting degree
