Key Requirements
Strong experience in
US Residential Mortgage
Origination, Processing, Pre-Closing, Post-Closing, and Underwriting
Hands-on experience in
Core Underwriting
Team management experience:
- Team Lead/Assistant Manager: Managing teams of 20+ members
- Operations Manager/Senior Operations Manager: Managing teams of 100+ members
- Good understanding of LOS, AUS, FNMA & FHLMC guidelines
- Experience handling FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loan products
- Knowledge of income analysis including salaried, self-employed, rental, pension, SSA, and disability income
- 15 years of full time education (No correspondence)
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work in rotational shifts
Preferred Certifications
- CRU (Certified Residential Underwriter) for Team Lead/Assistant Manager roles
- NMLS Certification (preferred) for Managerial roles
