Role Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle US recruitment for Engineering, Semiconductor, and IT roles.
- Source and screen candidates using job boards and social platforms.
- Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain detailed reports.
Job Requirements :
- 3+ years of US region talent acquisition experience in Engineering/Semiconductor.
- In-depth knowledge of US Visa classifications and compliance.
- Solid sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and recruitment tracking. .
