Job Summary
We are seeking experienced professionals with a minimum of 1.6 year of hands-on experience in the US or UK Mortgage domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of mortgage processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process mortgage loan files for US/UK clients in accordance with established guidelines.
Review and verify loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Perform mortgage-related tasks such as loan origination, processing, underwriting support, closing, post-closing, servicing, or title review (based on process requirements).
Ensure compliance with client-specific policies and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Meet quality, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
Maintain accurate records and update systems with relevant information.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1.6 year of experience in US Mortgage or UK Mortgage operations.
Good understanding of the end-to-end mortgage lifecycle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
Preferred Skills
Experience with mortgage servicing or loan origination platforms.
Knowledge of mortgage compliance and documentation.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
