Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with US-based customers
Generate leads and ensure consistent service quality
Meet performance targets set for calls and conversions
Maintain proper call documentation in CRM systems
Follow standardized communication protocols and scripts
Demonstrate professionalism and robust customer service in every interaction
Candidate Requirements
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Willing to work a full-time night shift (7:00 PM 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday)
Available to work from the office only at Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
Previous BPO or voice process experience is an added advantage
