Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Senior UX Architect with 10+ years of experience to join our enterprise product delivery tier in India. In this strategic role, you will report directly to the Project Director and will define the core user patterns, semantic visualization workflows, and interaction models for an advanced AI-Assisted Content Engineering platform.
You will lead the user experience blueprint, focusing specifically on how humans interact with context-grounded AI recommendations, multi-tier nested taxonomies, and multi-pane editing workspaces. The ideal candidate is a specialist in translating complex technical content structures, metadata registries, and asynchronous validation models into intuitive, frictionless desktop and responsive browser systems.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic UX Architecture & Layout Modeling
- Human-AI Interaction Patterns: Define and design the structural standards and interface states for \"Human-in-the-Loop\" validation workflows, ensuring that automated AI recommendations can be seamlessly reviewed, tracked, and approved.
- Visual Taxonomy Structures: Conceptualize intuitive layout models for complex parent-child nested taxonomies, visual curriculum trees, and cognitive classification mapping tiers (e.g., Blooms Taxonomy matrices).
- Context Preservation Frameworks: Map comprehensive user journeys and layout paths that enforce rigid space and project boundaries, completely eliminating the risk of orphaned data or broken metadata properties across workspaces.
Research, Wireframing & Strategic Governance
- High-Fidelity Blueprints: Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive user task flows, and schema-respecting ingestion wizards to anchor layout workflows ahead of development cycles.
- Cross-Functional Mapping: Partner closely with the Product Owner, Technical Architect, and Business Analyst to translate granular epics and user stories into functional UI patterns.
