Role Overview
As a UX Researcher, you will partner with Product Managers, Designers, Data Analysts, and Engineering teams to measure user behaviour, validate product decisions, and deliver research insights that improve customer experiences across digital products.
You will leverage quantitative research methods, behavioural analytics, and experimentation to support product discovery, feature optimisation, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Design and execute UX research studies using surveys, usability metrics, and behavioural dataConduct customer research using platforms such as Qualtrics and MazeAnalyse user behaviour, customer feedback, and product performance to generate actionable insightsDevelop research plans, questionnaires, dashboards, and reports for stakeholdersPartner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycleTranslate research findings into recommendations that improve usability, engagement, and customer satisfactionSupport product experimentation and data-driven decision-making through continuous research Required Skills & Experience38 years of experience in UX Research, Customer Insights, or Product ResearchOnly B.Des / M.Des graduates are eligible to applyHands-on experience with Qualtrics and Maze is mandatoryStrong understanding of survey design, quantitative research methods, and statistical analysisExperience working with Enterprise or SaaS digital products is preferredExcellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skillsAbility to convert research data into strategic product recommendations .
