About the roleYou will join Accenture's Customer Support vertical as a Utility Bill Associate focused on messaging channels. In this backoffice position you will handle nonvoice customer interactions (email, web chat) to resolve billing queries, manage escalations and ensure complaints are closed within SLA targets.Key responsibilitiesRecord, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve or assign incidents related to utility billing.Handle customer queries, escalations and complaints through email and chat.Close faults and complaints within defined SLA timeframes.Perform dataentry and administrative tasks supporting AIdriven backoffice processes.Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions.Required profile1 to 3 years of experience in a utilitybilling or similar backoffice environment.Any graduate degree.Flexibility to work rotational shifts and adapt to RTO requirements.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow predefined guidelines.Required skillsWhat we offerOpportunity to work with a global professional services leader.Exposure to datadriven backoffice operations supporting AI initiatives.Structured training and clear career progression paths. .
