Responsibilities/Expertise: Strong knowledge in reviewing and analyzing mortgage-related documents, including Loan Applications, Credit Reports, Appraisal Reports, (AVMs), Note, Closing Disclosure, Insurance, Title Commitment, Business Entity documents. Collecting required loan documentation from Borrower, Insurance company and Title company and submit loan to underwriting. Validation of required documents is in the loan file and is accurate. Generic Skills: Must hold a degree. Seek opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance. Excellent written & verbal English communication skills. Excellent logical and analytical skills. Suggest improvement ideas to current processes based on developed expertise. Demonstrate initiative and always maintain a high degree of professional conduct.
