01Responsibilities
Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers to deliver intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. Providing design executionfor ourproductportfoliothat support our businessand the interactions we have with Health Care Professionals (Providers) Own the end-to-end design of assigned features, from discovery through delivery, producing high-quality flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and supporting design documentationTranslate user research, analytics, and business insights into design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibilityExplore multiple design concepts, iterate based on user feedback and testing, and continuously refine experiences throughout the product lifecycleApply user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and enterprise design patterns to create inclusive and scalable experiencesContribute to and leverage the design system by using reusable components and helping improve consistency across productsCollaborate effectively with globally distributed teams, including partners across multiple time zones, while communicating design decisions clearly and confidentlyPartner with research teams to support usability studies and incorporate findings into product improvementsLeverage AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve research, ideation, documentation, and design workflows while maintaining solid design judgmentReview implemented experiences with engineering to help ensure designs are delivered accurately and meet quality expectationsParticipate in Agile product development activities, including planning, design reviews, and iterative deliveryBe the voice of the userin prioritization, new product and feature development forDigital Products and other digital experience areas as neededDemonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset while contributing to a collaborative design cultureComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). 4+ yearsof experience designing digital products for web and mobile applicationsExperience collaborating with cross-functional product teams, including product management, engineering, and user researchExperience working in Agile product development environmentsSolid portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across the end-to-end product design processProficiency with Figma for interface design, prototyping, and design documentationSolid understanding of user experience design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design fundamentalsSolid communication and .
