Job Description: Working directly with our global UX manager, you will be deeply involved cross functionally with global UX, Product & Engineering teams. You will be working across multiple healthcare products spread across Desktop, tablet and mobile and improve usability of a platform for our end users. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, strong intrapersonal and empathetic skills, a creative mind and an ability to thrive in a complex and fast-moving environment. Must have portfolio with industry experience attached for eligibility. What you will do. Research, Design and Prototype user experiences based on product requirements.Work collaboratively with front end developers to balance technical considerations, user needs and business strategies to deliver creative solutions.Deliver mockups/wireframes, visuals and interactive prototypes for desktop, tablet and mobile.Contribute to an existing design library as well as creation of a design system.Be well informed of current design trends and champion user centered design across the company, including user research to discover problems or validate solutions.Drive common look and feel across different product portfolios.Create mockups to articulate functionality and designIn this highly collaborative, lightning-fast agile environment - you will act as an advocate for both user needs and business needs. What you bring. Expert level professional UX design experienceDegree in Design/ Computer Science/ HCI or related fields.2-3 Years of experience working in UX Design with a team of UX designers. Background in design is a plus.Strong eye for visual design championing the best UI in healthcareStrong Ability to communicate concepts through wireframes and visualsFlawless attention to detailExperience working in an Agile environmentExpertise with established and emerging design practicesAbility to manage competing prioritiesPassion for helping others, mentorship and fostering relationships throughout the orgCreative and analytical mindsetExperience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator and photoshopExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
