01Responsibilities
- Lead the UX design process from research to implementation.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to gather insights.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Design intuitive and engaging interfaces that enhance user satisfaction.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and UX guidelines.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve design solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate team performance.

- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Research: Robust understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to translate complex problems into simple, elegant user experiences.
- Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Knowledge: Understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and interaction design principles.
Compensation: 800,000.00 - 1,100,000.00 per year
