- Healthcare in India is seeing a phenomenal shift with inflation in healthcare costs 3x that of general inflation. A majority of Indians are unable to afford health insurance on their own; and so as many as 600mn Indians will likely have to depend on employer-sponsored insurance.

What youll do:
- Get nosy (the good kind): Dive deep into user behavior, uncovering the \"why\" behind the \"what\" with qualitative and quantitative research.
- Be the glue: Collaborate across teams to turn research insights into ideas that shape our products and business.
- Help us build awesome stuff: Partner with product managers and designers to drive user-first strategies.
- Be a curious stalker: Plan and execute foundational, generative, and evaluative studies to iterate on prototypes and gather meaningful feedback.
