Profile: HSBC HQ - Lead Generation (Outbound Process)
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
- Deliver excellent customer interaction and communication.
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC Pass or Above
- Minimum 1 Year of International BPO Experience (Mandatory)
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
Salary
- Up to 40,000 CTC
- 35,000 In-Hand
- Salary will be offered based on the candidate's last drawn salary and interview performance.

- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
