What will be your responsibilities:
alliantgroup is seeking a skilled, experienced professionals to join our growing Valuation practice for US and UK Clients. In this position, you will play a key role in performing and managing business valuation engagements for both financial reporting (US GAAP) and Tax Reporting for various industries.
Strong communication skills, driven, and in-depth subject matter knowledge in valuations related to:
Business Combinations / Purchase Price AllocationGoodwill ImpairmentsGift and Estate Valuation409A/Stock Compensation (ASC 718)Reviewing of 3rd party valuationsAssembling market/guideline/comparable financial and valuation dataValuation of Equity, Debt, Derivatives etc.Litigation arising out of Shareholder disputes etc.Financial ModellingUnderstanding of US Tax laws will be preferred.Financial Reporting and Regulatory compliance under IFRS and/or US GAAP
What you bring in:
CFA, CA, MBA etc.CFA or MBA (Finance) preferredProven hands -on experienceAbility and interest to work on multiple high-value projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated proficiency in financial management software or willingness to learn8+ years experience in business valuation fieldAbility to think laterally and analyticallyExcellent written, verbal and presentation skillsHigh attention to detail and excellent analytical skillsSound independent judgement and great ethical values
