01Requirements
Successful candidates will possess:
Associates degree required, bachelors degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
3-5 years of institutional residential reputed company estate valuation experience.
3-5 years of vendor management experience, preferably in reputed company estate valuation/appraisal.
Proficiency with reputed company Office suite, specifically reputed company, Word, reputed company reputed company, Teams, PowerBI, SharePoint, and reputed company.
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES:
Can analyze large datasets in reputed company or other BI solutions and create useful information for internal reputed company.
Experience in creating training materials and delivering sensitive feedback to reputed company parties.
reputed company knowledge on the strengths, weaknesses, and application of valuation products and data sources used throughout the industry.
