Van Delivery executive

- Deliver parcels to customers within the assigned route and timeline - Load shipments from the warehouse into the delivery vehicle - Ensure proper handling of packages to avoid damage - Collect OTP/Proof of Delivery (POD) from customers - Handle cash on delivery (COD) shipments responsibly - Follow daily delivery targets and route plans - Coordinate with the hub team for undelivered shipments - Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep - Adhere to company policies and safety standards Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum qualification required is 10th / 12th pass - Must possess a valid Driving License (LMV) - Experience in delivery/logistics preferred (03 years) - Good knowledge of local routes Skills Required: - Basic communication skills - Time management and punctuality - Customer handling skills - Ability to use smartphone apps for delivery updates - Responsible and trustworthy In addition to the job role and responsibilities, the company offers health insurance as a benefit to employees.
