Job Description Sales Executive (Home Loan) Department: Sales Salary: 24,000 CTC Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate Home Loan leads from the open market through DSAs, connectors, and builders. Meet clients, verify documents, process files, and coordinate for loan sanction/disbursement. Monitor leads and ensure quality sourcing and quick conversion as per targets. Ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements. Meet builders, DSAs, and connector associations for tie-ups related to housing loans. Coordinate with the loan processing centre to ensure timely file disbursement. Develop and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Implement sales activities to achieve assigned targets. Required SkillsKnowledge of Home Loans . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good understanding of the local market. Experience Preferably 1 year in the relevant field. Qualification Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) .
