Job Requirements
Understand current jewellery sourcing processes and enhance vendor performance by simplifying workflows to achieve shorter lead times. Coordinate with vendors to fulfill both their requirements and company expectations, ensuring consistent performance
1.Ensure the KPI Performance including Planning , DDP,LT,IHD
2.Coordination with vendor partner for smooth flow
3.Identification of process bottle necks and provide suitable solution5.Cost saving initiatives New design development & Co ordinate with internal and external stakeholders team
revamping n rationalization on Sourcing cost
Work Experience a. Analytical skills and eye for detail b. Should have good interpersonal skill c.Good team player d.'Candidates with experience in Sourcing,COM and NPD functions must be given highest priority e.
