01Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors based on company requirements.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions with vendors.
Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers and prepare comparative statements.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials as per purchase requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
Follow up on pending purchase orders and ensure timely closure.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternate sources for materials.
Maintain updated vendor databases, quotations, price records, and other procurement documentation.
Resolve vendor-related issues regarding quality, delivery, pricing, and payments.
Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
Education :
B.E/ B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Experience :
Must have 2 to 3 years of experience in Relevant Field.
