Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers for interior projects.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts.
Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate performance.
Coordinate with procurement, project, and operations teams.
Monitor quality, timelines, and compliance.
Resolve vendor-related issues.
Maintain vendor records and documentation.
Identify current vendors through market research.
Requirements
15 years of experience in the interior industry.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
Valuable communication and MS Excel ski
Compensation: 35,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
