Yolojet is a tech-enabled logistics platform that operates as a B2B courier aggregator, serving SMEs, D2C brands, FMCG companies, and quick commerce clients across 22,000+ PIN codes in India. We integrate national courier partners (Delhivery, Gati, V-Xpress, Ekart, and others) on a single platform offering real-time tracking, intelligent courier allocation, and unified billing to our clients.
The ideal candidate will identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and onboard regional B2B courier and transport companies across India building a second layer of logistics partners that gives Yolojet a genuine service edge in every geography we operate in.
This role sits at the intersection of operations and business development. The ideal candidate is NOT a pure sales person and NOT a pure ops manager theyre the person who can negotiate a deal with a transport company owner in Bhiwandi and then follow up the next day to make sure the first trial shipment was picked up on time.

The ideal candidate will have 48 years of experience in B2B logistics, courier operations, or vendor/partner management at a courier company, logistics aggregator, 3PL provider, or a brand with in-house logistics. Direct experience working with or managing courier partners like Delhivery, Gati, V-Xpress, Ekart, Safexpress, TCI Express, VRL Logistics, DTDC, or similar is a must.
The candidate should have robust negotiation skills, analytical capability, relationship-building ability, operational temperament, and basic tech comfort. They should also have experience with PTL/FTL pricing structures, weight slab negotiations, lane-based costing, and last-mile delivery economics.
The salary for this role is up to 8 LPA, and the location is Gurugram (sector 65). The employment type is Full-time, Permanent. .
