Job Description

Role Overview

As the Lead Technology Academy at BNP Paribas India Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to lead the learning agenda for all Technology teams across ISPL in India. You will collaborate with Technology leaders, HR Business Partners, and global stakeholders to identify, design, and deliver technical learning solutions that support enterprise capability goals and enable transformation. Your role will involve working in a complex, globally integrated environment to ensure the successful delivery of learning and development programs aligned with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a Strategic Learning partner for all Technology teams in the ISPL. - Co-create and implement the annual learning roadmap aligned with business goals, growth plans, and regulatory priorities. - Design scalable, role-based, and skill-oriented learning interventions focusing on core tech, cloud, data, DevOps, and cybersecurity. - Collaborate with internal SMEs and local teams to drive the adoption of micro-certifications and self-paced platforms for continuous upskilling. - Represent ISPL Technology Learning and Development in global forums and adapt global learning programs for local deployment. - Promote a learning culture across technology functions and enable internal capability through train-the-trainer models and peer learning. - Liaise with local and global teams, manage external vendors, track learning effectiveness, and support governance processes.

Qualifications Required

- Minimum 15 years of overall work experience with experience as a Coach, Mentor, Assessor. - Master's degree or equivalent education level. - Certifications in Agile/SAFe or Scrum, Cloud, AI, or Data (AWS, GCP, Azure), Project/Program management, Training the Trainer/Virtual Delivery/Group Facilitation, Instructional Design/Rapid eLearning Development, Organization Development/Behavioural Science/Neuro Linguistic Programming.
