Key Responsibilities

- Lead enterprise SaaS sales strategy for BFSI accounts
- Close large, complex deals with senior stakeholders
- Build and manage a strong pipeline and provide accurate forecasts
- Develop executive relationships and create strategic account plans
- Mentor and scale a high-performing sales team

Qualifications Required
**
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in enterprise or complex B2B SaaS sales
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales to BFSI clients
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in CRM and pipeline management
- Executive presence and excellent communication skills
