Vice President Financial Process Services

You will be working at TresVista, a global enterprise offering a diversified portfolio of services that enable clients to achieve resource optimization through leveraging an offshore capacity model. With 1,500 employees across offices in North America, Europe, and Asia, TresVista provides high-caliber support to over 1,000 clients in various geographies and asset classes. As part of the Financial Process Services (FPS) vertical of TresVista, your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and spreading financial statements in the client database - Understanding the correlation between financial statements to identify inconsistencies - Reading and interpreting information from accompanying notes for a deeper understanding - Collating financial information from various sources like broker reports and news articles - Creating processes to optimize financial workflows - Ensuring quality and accuracy of data - Managing timelines, client relationships, and team issues effectively - Mentoring and training new Associates and Analysts - Contributing to the operational strategy for data quality function To excel in this role, you should meet the following prerequisites: - Proficiency in English language with excellent communication skills - Sound knowledge of accounting concepts and financial terms - Experience in financial statement analysis - Strong eye for detail and ability to multi-task - Commitment, ownership, and ability to meet client-driven deadlines You should have an MBA with 8-10 years of relevant work experience or 10 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting field.
