Role Description The Vice President Human Resources role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for leading the HR function, defining HR strategy, and aligning people practices with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing HR policy development, managing employee relations and engagement, supervising talent acquisition and workforce planning, and ensuring competitive and compliant employee benefits programs. The Vice President Human Resources will also manage HRIS implementation and optimization, lead performance management and learning initiatives, support leadership development and succession planning, and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements. The role requires close collaboration with senior leadership to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that supports the companys growth.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) strategy and operations, including experience leading HR teams at a senior level.Demonstrated expertise in HR Policies and compliance, with the ability to design, implement, and update policies aligned with local regulations and organizational goals.Proven experience in Employee Relations and engagement, including conflict resolution, communication initiatives, and culture-building programs.Knowledge of Employee Benefits design and administration, with a focus on market competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and employee well-being.Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), data accuracy, reporting, and using HR analytics to support decision-making.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving HR transformation and process improvement.Relevant academic background, such as a postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in large or multi-location organizations is highly beneficial. .
