Role & responsibilitiesLead and scale the wealth management sales function, driving revenue growth and expansion of Assets Under Management (AUM).
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Wealth Managers, ensuring strong productivity and consistent performance delivery.
Drive HNI/UHNI client acquisition and relationship deepening through structured sales initiatives and personal networks.
Expand client engagement across Equity Advisory, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Debt & Income Funds, and Insurance solutions.
Design and implement sales strategies, performance frameworks, and growth plans aligned with company objectives.
Ensure superior client servicing standards, retention, and long-term relationship management.
Collaborate with leadership to strengthen market presence and identify new growth opportunities.
Uphold high standards of compliance, governance, and advisory excellence across client engagements.
Preferred candidate profile5-10+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services sales, with a strong track record in AUM and revenue growth.
Proven experience in leading and managing wealth sales teams.
Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI client relationships.
Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Fixed Income products, and Insurance solutions.
Ability to think out-of-the-box and deploy unconventional strategies to grow business and acquire clients.
Strategic thinker with strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build and scale teams and sales processes.
High ownership, execution capability, and performance orientation.
Candidates currently working with Banks, Private Wealth platforms, or established Wealth Management firms preferred. .
