Key Responsibilities

** - Build and enhance the company's global brand in the banking technology sector. - Establish the company as a trusted and reliable lending technology partner. - Drive brand messaging, storytelling, and market visibility. - Increase visibility of CEO and leadership at events, media, and analyst platforms. - Develop a robust marketing strategy to support revenue growth. - Utilize AI-based marketing tools to enhance speed, reach, and outcomes. - Define clear marketing KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking. - Lead product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for banking products. - Translate technical features into understandable business outcomes for customers. - Oversee product launches, product communication, and sales enablement. - Create GTM plans and demand-generation programs to bolster pipeline creation. - Collaborate with Sales to facilitate enterprise deals and achieve revenue targets. - Direct ABM campaigns and partner marketing initiatives. - Drive global events, exhibitions, webinars, and industry participation. - Take charge of marketing communications, PR, digital channels, and social presence. - Lead SEO, SEM, automation, and digital marketing programs. - Engage with analysts like Gartner and Forrester to enhance market ranking. - Cultivate customer advocacy through case studies, testimonials, and references. - Collaborate with channel partners on co-marketing programs. - Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing marketing team. - Manage the marketing budget and ensure ROI across all programs. **Qualifications:** - MBA or equivalent degree. - 15-20+ years of experience in marketing leadership. - Strong background in B2B Software / SaaS / BFSI product marketing. - Experience with lending platforms or banking solutions (preferred). - Proficiency in new marketing trends, AI tools, and modern MarTech stacks. - Ability to develop GTM strategies, product marketing, and positioning for enterprise markets. - Proven track record in leading demand generation and pipeline-building programs. - Strong storytelling, executive communication, and board-level presentation skills. - Capability to collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. - Sound expertise in digital marketing, ABM, PR, content, and analyst relations. - Proficiency in leading teams, scaling functions, measuring ROI, and managing budgets.
