Job Description The Bangalore office serves as Blackstone Private Wealths centralized delivery hub in India. It will provide scaled support to the global Private Wealth business across six core verticals: Sales Enablement, Research, Analytics, Marketing, Servicing and Administrative Services. The team partners closely with onshore leadership and functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution aligned with evolving business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Seeking an accomplished candidate to lead the Research function within the Private Wealth Bangalore office in India. This role will partner across centers of excellence and Private Wealth teams with responsibilities that include:
Lead Bangalore research supporting strategic business initiatives, including new product development, market expansion opportunities and thought leadership publication
Manage junior staff, including those dedicated to coverage verticals for Global Business Strategy, Global Product Strategy, Global Retirement Solutions and Investment Strategy teams
Oversee research / data request fulfillment, including for product structures, regulatory developments, competitive landscapes, market trends and macroeconomic topics
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of research data, presentation materials and other outputs
Partner with Private Wealth stakeholders to align research priorities with strategic initiatives and support evidence-based decision-making
Identify opportunities to improve research hygiene through proactive process standardization and organized knowledge management
Serve as trusted escalation point for complex, sensitive or timecritical research requests
Qualifications:

MBA Finance with a strong academic record
10+ years of experience in research, strategy or analytical roles within financial services, asset management, consulting or wealth management
Experience leading research or strategy teams in a global delivery model
Experience conducting quantitative an .
