This is a senior leadership mandate - spanning GTM, business development, services revenue growth, delivery governance, and strategic client relationships. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of regulatory domain expertise and AI-powered intelligence solutions, translating complex compliance imperatives into scalable, technology-augmented service offerings.
You will define and execute SCIENTE's Insurance GRC go-to-market strategy, anchor key client engagements, and build a high-performing practice capable of delivering measurable outcomes across the financial crime and regulatory landscape.
Essential
12+ years of progressive experience in financial crime compliance, or risk controls & regulatory compliance within Insurance industryDemonstrated role with accountability in a consulting, services, or technology firm serving GRC or FCC solutions to Insurance clientsDeep expertise in financial crime, risk management, risk controls, regulatory compliance etc.Experience deploying AI/ML-powered compliance solutions (transaction monitoring, entity resolution, risk scoring)Strong understanding of various regulatory frameworks, especially MAS and BNMProven track record of winning and growing client accounts in the Insurance sectorHighly Regarded
Familiarity with RegTech platforms
Responsibilities
Own full P&L for the Insurance GRC services practice - revenue targets, margin, and growth pipelineDrive GTM, business development across insurance firms, and InsurTechsCraft and position compelling service propositions for FCC, Risk Controls and compliance reportingLead RFP responses, solutioning, and commercial negotiations at C-suite levelBuild and manage a qualified pipeline through partnerships, alliances, and direct originationGovern end-to-end services delivery - quality, SLA adherence, and client satisfactionEstablish robust delivery frameworks and escalation protocols across engagementsChampion continuous improvement and innovation in service executionBuild, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary GRC team of domain consultants and solution architects based on the demandMaintain executive-level client relationships and act as a trusted strategic advisor
