Position Summary
We are looking for a VP Growth to drive end-to-end growth across multiple consumer fintech products. The leader will own the complete growth engine across:
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end GTM planning and execution
Define customer segments, positioning, channel mix and rollout strategy
Own growth-linked business outcomes and unit economics
Drive acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels
Build engagement, lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
Improve the funnel from install application disbursal retention
Establish robust attribution and performance measurement frameworks
Drive experimentation and scale successful growth initiatives
Orchestrate execution across Marketing, Product, Tech, Data and Business teams
Act as the central growth integrator and present growth narratives to leadership
Requirements
812+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing or Business Strategy
Experience in Fintech, Lending or Consumer Internet
Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, Payback Period and Contribution Margin
Demonstrated experience owning business outcomes, not just channel metrics
Strong experience in cross-functional GTM execution
Ability to influence and operate effectively in matrixed organisations
Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action .
