Were looking for a Video Editor & Motion Designer who thinks like a creator, not just an editor but someone who can turn raw footage and ideas into engaging, scroll-stopping content.
What you will do
Create and edit Reels, Shorts and social-first video content.Make strong decisions around hooks, pacing, storytelling and retention.Create motion graphics, animated text, captions, transitions and visual effects.Use After Effects to bring ideas to life.Handle colour correction and grading for a consistent visual style.Use sound, music and SFX to enhance the viewing experience.Use AI video/image-generation tools to create B-roll, visual concepts and sequences.Work with the content team to turn scripts and ideas into compelling visual stories.Use performance data such as watch time and retention to improve your edits.
What we are looking for
13+ years of hands-on video editing/creation experience.A strong portfolio/reel of published work.Excellent command of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.Strong After Effects and motion graphics skills.Hands-on experience with colour correction/grading.Practical experience using AI video and image-generation tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Midjourney, Veo, Sora or equivalents.Strong understanding of social-media storytelling, pacing and visual design.Good creative judgement, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
