Job description:
Location : Gurgaon sec 86 (WFH-Remote)
Profile : Motion Graphic & Video Editor
Experience : 2-4 Years min
Salary : 30-35k Per month
Compulsory : Computer & WIFI
Responsibilities
Edit high-quality videos for podcasts, ads, and commercial content
Review team output and ensure final delivery meets company quality standards
Assign and manage projects according to each editors strengths and skill level
Lead workflow, timelines, and delivery schedules for multiple projects
Create motion graphics, transitions, and branded assets when required
Handle color correction, audio cleanup, and final polishing when needed
Guide junior editors to improve efficiency and video quality
Coordinate with management on priorities and deadlines
Requirements
professional video editing experience
Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
Experience managing or supervising editors preferred
Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, and modern editing trends
Ability to maintain quality under deadlines
Knowledge of AI video production tools and current market trends
Strong communication and leadership skills
