01Responsibilities
Establish and maintain effective communication and liaison with law enforcement authorities and external legal counsels within defined turnaround times.Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth information flow and resolution of issues.Maintain, analyze, and present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.Ensure accurate and complete documentation of files and complaint details through consistent follow-ups.Manage workflow efficiently to meet or exceed turnaround time expectations.Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service standards.Conduct training sessions and awareness programs related to vigilance activities.Identify and investigate instances of fraud, misconduct, corruption, and other employee-related malpractices.Perform surprise checks and inspections to uphold organizational standards and detect irregularities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with law enforcement and internal teams.Analytical mindset with proficiency in MIS reporting and data interpretation.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.Experience in vendor management and conducting training programs is a plus.Professional experience, preferably in roles involving vigilance, compliance, legal liaison, or internal investigations.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
Experience: 2 - 5 years of relevant experience .
