Job Title: International Voice Process
Location Hyderabad,Telangana (Office-based)
Job Description: We are hiring for the International Voice Process at [24]7.ai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through calls.
Skills Required:
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7).
Job Details:
Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
Students pursuing regular college education are not eligible.
Educational certificates are mandatory.
Must be flexible to work from the office.
Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company's requirements.
Qualifications:
Intermediate (10+2)/Diploma (10+3)Or Any Graduate or PG
Experience:
0-4 years
Age Criteria:
18 years to 35 years.
Salary:
19000/- to 27000/- (take-home after deductions)
Perks and Benefits:
2-way free transportation (home pick-up and drop) Upto 23 Kms radius only.
Self-to-work (STW) allowance of 3,300 (applicable to male employees only).
