About Team PDTeam PD is a growing Auckland residential real estate business looking for a highly motivated, proactive and commercially minded Virtual Executive Assistant & Lead Generation Specialist based in India.
This is much more than a basic VA or data-entry role. You will work directly with the Lead Agent across lead generation, cold calling, buyer support, administration, digital marketing, property research and day-to-day business operations.
Excellent spoken English and communication skills are essential.
Your Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Cold Calling
- Generate genuine buyer and seller leads
- Make outbound cold calls and follow-ups
- Be confident and not afraid of cold calling
- Qualify leads and identify opportunities
- Book appointments for the Lead Agent
- Follow up CRM/database leads
- Research potential sellers and buyers
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up schedules
Digital & Social Media Lead GenerationUse platforms including:
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- X/Twitter
- Google and online property platforms
You should be able to find opportunities online, start conversations and turn them into genuine leads.
Canva & Marketing
- Competent in Canva
- Create and improve social media graphics
- Prepare property marketing material
- Create digital advertisements and presentations
- Assist with video/content editing
- CapCut experience is an advantage
WebsiteAssist with improving Team PD's online presence, including:
- Website content and updates
- Basic design improvements
- Property information
- User experience
- Content/SEO ideas
- Website lead generation
Wix experience is an advantage.
Buyer Support & Property Research
- Understand individual buyer requirements
- Search online for suitable properties
- Research NZ property websites
- Shortlist homes matching buyer criteria
- Monitor new listings
- Research property features and information .
