Role Description This is a full-time, in office Social Media Manager role based in Kochi . The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Responsibilities include managing the content calendar, developing campaigns aligned with business goals, and optimizing social media performance through analytics and insights. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to highlight mortgage products, customer success stories, and educational content, as well as responding to comments and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
